Massage
Massage has lots of lovely benefits for our body and mind. Different types of massage refer to the different pressures, techniques and manipulations that are used to address your key issues and needs.
A routine will be designed to support your specific issues and a bespoke blend of essential oils is used for all MeTime massages. This is another layer of support for your holistic well-being. If you prefer a fragrance free massage oil, that is also available.
Aromatherapy Massage
This massage is wonderful to soothe those sore or overworked muscles and is very calming for a frazzled mind. A bespoke blend of essential oils with fairly light pressure techniques are used. Some acupressure points are also worked to further support healing.
Swedish Massage
This massage offers a combination of relaxing and invigorating techniques. It’s the perfect choice for releasing tension knots and boosting circulation. Lymph is also moved which aids detox and fluid drainage from the tissues.
Essential oils are blended into your base oil to further target your key issues. If you prefer just the base oil, this option is available too.
Hot Stones Massage
The comforting warmth from the basalt stones is deeply relaxing for tense muscles. A bespoke blend of essential oils and Swedish massage techniques are incorporated into your treatment to make this massage a totally nurturing experience for your body, mind and mood.
