Holistic Therapies to support body, mind and mood

Complementary therapies are a perfect way to release the mental stress and muscular tension that builds up from our busy lifestyles. Scheduling time to unwind is a positive way to offset the impact that stress can have on our precious body, mind and mood. 

I offer the following treatments to help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated again:~ 

  • Aromatherapy, Swedish and Hot Stones Massage
  • Indian Head massage which targets the upper back, neck, shoulders, scalp and face with a range of massage techniques and an oil blended just for you
  • Reflexology which helps to calm your body systems by working the reflexes on the feet or hands
  • Reiki energy healing with crystals to help clear and re-balance the body’s chakra system
  • Pure Radiance NYR facial using White Tea and Rehydrating Rose products with a mini massage whilst your anti-oxidant face mask is working 

I also offer Well-being Workshops for groups (up to 10 attendees). These are informative, fun and a practical introduction to Aromatherapy, Massage or short self-care techniques for busy people. Coming soon is a Facial Workshop where the group is guided through a NYR facial routine. The workshops are great for workplace well-being days, hen parties or special day treats etc.

If you work full time (and therefore unable to attend my listed appointments), please let me know and I will offer some flexibility for you to receive your me time.
